Scotland Travel Blog Culross (actually pronounced ‘coo-ris’, not ‘cull-ross’) is one of Scotland’s best-preserved and prettiest 17th-century villages and famous for its role in the TV series Outlander. If you are not familiar with this TV series, you should not be put off by this as the venues we visit are some of the best in Scotland and this makes for a very interesting and fun day.
