Great paddle for power play and a soft touch as well, has great control excellent for an overhead smash, I would higly reccomend this paddle for a player. In order to navigate out of this carousel, please use your heading shortcut key to navigate to the next or previous heading.







What I like about this medium weight paddle is it's wide body (8 1/8") which offers a bigger "sweet spot" area, the lightweight and well-balanced feel in your hand with a semi rough Nomex honeycomb surface for better ball control, a nice 4 1/4" medium grip size with 5" handle (large hands for a gal) and a perforated cushioned grip (for better grip). I replaced the grip with a Gamma grip - no big deal I looked around our club and saw a lot of people had this paddle.









The graphite face and nomex core give players superior feel of the ball, and with a total paddle weight of 7.5-8.2 ounces, the Z5 strikes a perfect balance between power and speed.

It was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but it seems like a fair price for this quality of paddle. Since it came with its manufacturer wrapping, I suspect the flaws were a result of the manufacturing process. I added an oversize wrap to the grip.
