Date of experience: March 2020. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and bird watching and is best used from April until October. There are a total of sixteen campsites. The accessible washroom is situated adjacent to the parking lot. We also did the hike from the south rim trail (about 2.5 hours) and it was cool but the view was not as visible as it was from the other side.
