Copy. I've almost always got card draw in the list anyway, since it's blue, and those are two cards that win the game easily, so there isn't much I'm sacrificing to fit an alternative win into my decks.
Letting your opponents draw cards is never a good thing. If you are going for the lab maniac win azami/mind over matter or infinite mana/target player draws x cards is much better.
