It looks very professional and quality. It's in the top 3 bestselling stethoscopes and has dozens of popular alternatives in the same price range, such as EMI #311 or Fricare Dual Head. It came with a name tag and 2 spare sets of ear cushions. I m a nurse student. I had a stethoscope that was making my life miserable.

It looks good, is light weight and the sound quality is more than adequate for this purpose. Aesthetically - it beats Littman hands down, but also functionally it's winning. The unit is decent. In that aspect, I prefer carrying this one on my neck over a Littman. Loud and clear, easy to maintain and good quality. I have a Littman Cardiology 3... and this thing. *update* I have damaged a few sets of ear buds while working however the warranty was easy to set up with a simple registration form and then it's an email to request parts, I did correspond with really friendly staff regarding my warranty.

It’s not nearly as loud or clear as a Littman, but I’m ok with it. The tubes are nice and thick which insulates from alot of background noise.. handy when using it in the back of a moving ambulance.

I've caught murmurs with this.

I am able to differentiate between fine crackles, coarse crackles, wheezing, and absent breath sounds without a problem.
The sound quality is not as good as in very expensive stethoscopes; however, it does what it's supposed to. I’m just picky about the color. No complaints.

I was prompted to purchase this after a rash of stethoscope stealing at my hospital. I would not choose this stuff the scope for cardiac sounds.

Following advice, we purchased this stethoscope for our daughter who is training as an ambulance tech. -ı would be happy with a moderate sound quality but I can’t even hear the heart let alone a murmur. Could still distinguish breath sounds. If your a baller then get a cool Littmann for looks.

I know how to get vitals... so I know it must be the equipment and not my skills that are lacking. I'm a new EMT who had trouble using a stock steth to listen to bp sound. You’re better off investing in a littman stay away from this if you’re a nursing student too! I am definitely a fan of the free parts for life, as the reason I needed to buy a new stethoscope was because I could not find ear replacement things ANYWHERE.This stethoscope is a piece of garbage. It is a bit tight and the ear plugs are some what slanted so it feels awkward on but over all very good to excellent product .. Color is beyond beautiful!!!

However, you can hardly hear your own heartbeat!. I am a hospice nurse, so I normally only use my stethoscope to listen to heart and lungs sounds during the dying process, and to call time of death. I'm not going to remove any stars because of that because it still does what it's supposed to.
