Again misleading. They were excellent, went above and beyond in more than one occasion. The resort amenities include a private beach, an oceanfront pool surrounded by a 20,000 square foot pool deck, 4 on-site dining venues (3 restaurants and 1 coffee shop), spa, a historic pier, children's playground as well as a wide selection of beach sports and kids activities. Turned out to be a good choice. Newport Beachside Resort Team Some amenities were not available but it was still a great stay. Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Not worth what I paid for.i want the rooms are disgusting and uncomfortable to sleep in.thank goodness it was just one night.this resort need Immediate renovation.not happy.Thank you for choosing us for your overnight stay. Extremely outdated... were very uncomfortable, no air conditioning, very noisy, if you want to sit in a chair you have to sit in the closet, breakfast was coffee, O.J., bread and…Make sure you have an ocean front room , as they have their own balcony with fantastic views out yo sea and across top" gorgeous, peaceful and relaxing all at once!!! It is also good to read you liked the food we serve at Coconuts Bar & Grill.
