We definitely don't feel safe at all!!

We asked for a milkshake at Le Bar, again brushed off rather impolitely “we don’t have milkshakes” (that may be the case, potentially it makes sense to mention to guest that at Cliff you could have such a drink; or youA very nice hotel, with great facilities but the price I paid in the end made me leaving like I had been conned. While the check-in was smooth and the room fine, the following days proved somewhat chaotic. We are truly sorry that you felt differently and therefore we would like to apologize.
