We highly recommend Sofitel Hotel and Manava Restaurant.We will be definitely back.I have stayed in a lot of hotels but I am really sorry to say this hotel has a lot problems not sure if due to Covid that they are struggling with staff shortage the GM needs to address the problems or the shareholders need to remove the GM you may say harsh but today they probably lost about £3000 pounds as family decided they had enough and moved to another hotel My first problem of many Was the hygiene the service of the rooms this is a 5 star hotel and should be putting clean towels everyday making the bed just simple housekeeping but you have to request this some people have gone days without relishing They need to request .I was in another hotel and forgot to put my housekeeping light on and he knocked on to check if I wanted his services .
