Lost a phone sliding down the snow/ice shortcut back. Thankfully they were okay. Rental equipment very nice, and the staff couldn't be kinder or more helpful.

We had an issue with a season pass and they were so unaccommodating and could not care less. Oh boy he was right and why did I wait so long to come here?We took a beautiful day trip to Taos today. Taos Ski Valley Resort was highly recommended, however, several facts were omitted from the person doing the recommendation. I cannot say enough about the Children's Center at Taos Ski Valley.

But watching that and already having anxiety about getting to the bottom made me say nope, no more and I had ski patrol give me a ride down to the bottom.

The resort offers a spirited mountain experience unlike any other and is committed to maintaining its authentic charm while investing in new amenities both on-mountain and in the base area. We are implementing all state health order guidelines and taking a cautious and phased approach to our summer activities. The mountain is fantastic, but truly, the staff was the reason we were in a good mood all day long.I hope this review is landing in the right spot.
