I knew that you are talking about per night basis... unless you are talking about per person per night, then it is possible to find... but if you are talking about per room per night, maybe you might want to consider that link I gave earlier... See, even a hostel costs $163 per room per night (though is for 4 persons)...You will need to revise your budget upwards. On the whole issue of what to do here - essentially you want to get rid of the luggage to free you up do do what you want - the rest of the time is easy enough to while away a day in Almost every major international standard hotel (especially the chained ones) all have what is known as a Day Use rate, but it's never advertised online - because it depends heavily on availability.
