I called to ask why my order was going to take so long to ship and they said because I selected 6 days for printing (it defaults to this so maybe I did) and ground shipping.

500 round labels cost i think like $60 or so, and this was absolutely the best price i had seen on the web.

They claimed my refund processed on 10/4/19, even sent me a janky credit memo that is nothing more than an invoice stating STATUS: ISSUED-REFUND with no authorization# or approval# or trans# or date of refund.

I have placed and received two (2) 250 each book mark orders from this company. Disappointing. Such a rip off.

When I did a search for negative reviews on their site they had no 2 or 3 star ratings at all. Please update your review by removing the agent full name as it is a privacy violation and we would need to report the review if name does not get removed.Hi Jeff. In my experience, the proofs also arrive even quicker than the time estimate they give you- which is great! 2. May we ask for the job order number? That's great! Perfect in every way --the treatment--the help I needed- great suggestions, the live chat was wonderful -the quality of the product itself, and it even came 4 days early! I am not a graphic designer by any means and Uprinting was there for me every step of the way by making sure they printed as I intended them to. Next when I received them the printing was wrong and stickers not even spliced for easy peeling. 1. The company even sent a proof for me to approve.
