The waters are guarded by professional lifeguards. Calm, clean and NOT crowded. I'm a little disappointed in myself for my beach negligence here. We went in November so it was cold but relaxing to hear the water.Always love the beach at stone harbor always clean and much more quiet than wildwood. Solid 5 stars for the island of Stone Harbor, we love it here..I love Stone Harbor, not only because it was my favorite beach as a kid but because I've lived in florida for 16 years and got to experience all the #1 rated beaches there and stone harbor gives me some of those things that I know I love.
