I booked a trip to Mexico with Vayama just to run into a bunch of issues and below average customer service both in India and the US. At no time in the booking process does it state a 24 hour wait...you find that out after the ticket is being placed "in process" and they mention that over the phone or through email...all happens after the fact...not before. 3 hours later, Vayama cancelled my booking, with no actual reason given. I booked a flight with Vayama and, as soon as I pressed the purchase button, I get a message saying that the purchased is being processed and that I will be notified if it went through at some point.
