Staff lovely and generally friendly. This time, we booked a larger room and it was fantastic- spacious and comfortable. All in all very happy with the stay, extremely conveniently located right off the 101 freeway. It was a perfect place for a one night stay while on business; not sure how the place would fair for a larger family as the room I was in was very small; I think there are suites available for a larger group.
