shannon- links going OUT of Etsy do not become clickable, that's just how Etsy does it (and I don't blame them) At the bottom of your About page there is a place to link to FB, Twitter, etc. Note: If you don’t have an Etsy API key, then simply follow the link to get one from your Etsy store.
